Appointments and Policies

Appointment Info: Treatments are available by appointment only. Every effort will be made to accommodate the most busiest of schedules. A cancellation list is kept in the unlikely event we can not schedule a timely appointment.

Referral Program: You will receive a card expressing our gratitude with a $10 off coupon on your next hour session for every friend that schedules an appointment due to your kind words and thoughtful referral.

Cancellations: Kindly give 24 hours notice when unable to make your appointment. Barring the emergencies of life, you will be charged the cost of your treatment without such  notice.

Late Arrivals: Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive time extensions depending upon your therapist’s schedule. You will be responsible for the full treatment fee.

Payment:  Payment is requested at  the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.     Payment is requested in cash or check.    For your convenience, Mastercard,  & Visa are accepted for package purchases, gift certificates and retail items.
